Hostraha is a leading web hosting, web design, and domain registration company based in Kenya. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team.
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Provide excellent customer service and support
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the web hosting or IT industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of web hosting, web design, and domain registration services is an added advantage
